Voice Gear, BREW Device development (Skill Sets):

Contractor shall develop voice gear application under the BREW environment. The general services shall enable wireless users to login, sync address book between device and backend voice gear servers from one's BREW enabled cell phone. More specifically, the contractor shall work on the following specific tasks:

* Developing voice gear application on cell phones using BREW technology per application requirement. It shall provide the capability of synchronization of the handset contacts with the voice gear back end address book, and searching the address for a particular contact by partial name matching

* Conducting BREW testing using Emulators as well as on device debugging. Bug fixes, unit test and UAT.

* NSTL testing and preparation per NSTL test cases and requirements.



Contractor shall also deliver the following deliverables for the functionality indicated above:

* Source code for the application.

* Documentation for the deliverable including description of coding logic for other developers to maintain the product, UML diagrams and application architecture depictions.

* Detailed test scripts and execution of test scripts in development and Integration environments.

* Test results to satisfy stated functional requirements.

* Follow-up maintenance support for the delivered functionality after production rollout.



Qualifications:

* B.S and/or M.S degree in Computer Science or related area

* Excellent analytical and problem solving ability.

* Good communication skills and excellent team player

* Object-oriented design and programming skills in C/C++, Java, .NET and XML

* Knowledge in wireless BREW technology.
