My client urgently requires an Engineer with at least 5 years experience in GSM/GPRS/EDGE cellular systems based on Nortal and Alcatel infrastructure. You should have excellent hands on experience and have the ability to perform network dimensioning and revision of GSM/GPRS parameters.
