| Qualifications: |
6 years telecommunications experience as a provisioner, including optical, with 2 years as a Network Coding Specialist, building CLLI (Telcordia) codes, SS7 Signaling (SSP, SCP, STP) Point Codes, ACTL, ICSC, and City Codes in TBS (MetaSolv). Experience with BDS-Telis, ProComm, Lattis Pro, NC/NCI Decoder, and numerous other software.
