My name is John Jalilian . I am a Nokia BSS Engineer . I currently work for Teliasonera NMC- Mobile in Sweden.
TeliaSonera is the leading telecommunications company in the Nordic and Baltic region and also holds strong positions in mobile communication in Eurasia, Turkey and Russia.
I started in 2000 as Radio Network planner and Network Designer and Optimizing radio network for Teliasonera Sweden and Finland. After 2 years I started working with Nokia Backoffice, analyzing and problem solving for Nokia BTS. From 2004 until now I have been working in the NMC- Mobile department for Teliasonera, located in Sundsvall, Sweden.
I am working with Nokia BTS (Talk family, 2nd Generation and Ultrasite) and Ericsson (RBS 200, 2000, 3202). I am responsible for handling and clearing alarms and monitoring, analyzing and clearing faults reported by systems for all network elements. I am responsible for managing network faults, closing and forwarding Trouble Tickets, and calling out Field Engineers when physical intervention relating to the equipment is needed. Also, I report difficult problems to the System Engineers. My job entails me to be available 24/7.
I enjoy my job as NMC – Mobile Engineer, I am fast learning, like to talk to people and work with different technology . I am an open, flexible and hard worker. I have visited many different countries and like diversity. My hobbies include football and fishing.
Though I am currently employed I am always on the lookout for a new challenge and am willing to try something new. |
