This is regarding urgent job opening in Leading and fastest growing telecom software company based at Chennai.
Job Description:
Responsible for designing & developing the automation software for network layer 2/3/4 gigabit Ethernet switching/routing systems. Develop automation software for regressions and in-house, off-the-shelf tools for current and next generation products and technologies. Candidates will help lead the test automation effort for functional, performance, stress and system level testing
5+ year solid software development experience with a team. Being able to handle software revision control branching and merging is a must.
•5+ year network background & knowledge. Clear concept about OSI 7 layer model, TCP/IP & LAN/WAN communications. Strong knowledge and experience in network layer 2/3/4 bridging and routing, such as VLAN, STP, OSPF, RIP, BGP, is a must.
•Experience with SNMP Agent development/Testing.
•Experience on SNMP toolkits like Net-SNMP, SNMPc, Silvercreek is preferred.
•4+ year networking industry experience
•Proven ability and desire to learn new features and technologies in a timely fashion.
•Ability to analyze problems in a multi-variable environment.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Good communication skills
•BSCS/BSEE or equivalent required. MSCS/MSEE or equivalent prefer
