Qualifications
• Construction manager /site coordinator: Full experience in construction manager/ coordinator in cellular industry
Have done pre-construction site walks with client, ongoing site walks with client to confirm approval, work directly with senior project manager to insure correct pricing and capture of change orders on a daily basis. Familiar with order materials, schedule site work and crews. Approve JSA daily reports of sites and crew safety. Produce construction documents, site identification and due diligence, almost everything from start to finish on building switches to any type of site. Handle site inspection and quality control. Also, have done work on the installation of 850 and 1900 GSM, TDMA, UMTS, TMA, IDEN and CDMA, Diplexers, Dual Duplexers, RXAIT racks, and PDU install.
Certifications
• Anritsu Site Master Line sweep certification-
 Experience troubleshooting for industry leading projects including Cingular UMTS, GSM, and TDMA
 Can also troubleshoot or sweep test complete sites for any other carrier on the market
• Tower climbing safety and rescue instructor certified
• Responsible for the training in climbing and rescue of company personnel
• CPR certification up-to-date
• Andrew certification
• Eupen certification
• Comscope certification
