„Ï Working experience with Ericsson BTS: RBS 2202, 2204, 2206, 2302, 2308 and Transmission Equipment: MINILINK- E
„Ï Software Tools: OMT, MSM
„Ï Equipment Handled: Site Master for VSWR measurements, Power meter
„Ï Roles & Responsibilities :
„« Determine, Analyze and Troubleshoot to fix the problems with the Ericsson BTS/RBS, Minilinks as well as Circuit related (E1) problems to ensure Restoration of sites with in Customer Assigned Timeframe
„« Conduction of Preventive Maintenance activities in regular intervals of time to ensure no faults and all the parameters are met within the prescribed limits
„« Ensure maximum stability with the cell sites.
„« Implementation of new cell sites in the cluster as per RF requirement
„« Attend to the Customer complaints; take necessary actions to resolve Call related issues for quality of service.
„« BTS/ML Commissioning, Integration, Expansions, Migrations.
