Current Employment details:
Working as BSS Engineer with TCIL India Pvt Ltd as Consultant for the Operator Saudi Telecom Company(STC) in Dammam,Saudi Arabia
Roles & Responsibilities :
Determine, Analyze and Troubleshoot to fix the problems with the Ericsson BTS/RBS, Minilinks as well as Circuit related (E1) problems to ensure Restoration of sites with in Customer Assigned Timeframe
Conduction of Preventive Maintenance activities in regular intervals of time to ensure no faults and all the parameters are met within the prescribed limits
Ensure maximum stability with the cell sites.
Implementation of new cell sites in the cluster as per RF requirement
Attend to the Customer complaints; take necessary actions to resolve Call related issues for quality of service.
BTS/ML Commissioning, Integration, Expansions, Migrations.

I have 2 yrs of previous experience as BSS O&M Engineer in the same profile Working with the vendor Ericsson India Pvt Ltd for the Cellular Operator Airtel in A.P., India
