Qualifications: one part of experience as follow
Project Management Part

• Transmission team leader assign target achievement to team, supplier and sub contractor.
• Vendor Time to market fail or equipment delivery not on time problems solution provide:
 Incase new network need focus and co-ordinate speedup delivery equipment and co-ordinate with local LL provider provide temporary LL
 If old network use re-deploy equipment solution fix this problem
• Sites location select management consider with criteria as below
 Terminal, core and ADM node would not much problem regarding site location would follow site location according with RF, construction and site acquisition
 LL sites would priority site select location with criteria as follow
 Site location need closely with LL provider much as possible, which sites location also need located in RF search ring or location should acceptable site coverage prediction result.
 After past in criteria up on would look forward to construction and site acquisition process.
 MW sites would priority site select location with criteria as below
 Need select site candidate, which no obstruction or candidate should got less effect with obstruction, which able to compensate receive level with equipment specification and configuration deviation design.
 Site location also need located in RF search ring or location should acceptable site coverage prediction result
 After past in criteria up on would look forward to construction and site acquisition process.
• Site transmission design and transmission priority site on-air management
 First priority would focus BSC, ADM, SDH and DWDM node, which use media as FO.
 Incase need site fastest on-air would use high capacities MW as backbone sites advantage of this solution as follow.
 Save budget make backbone sites and very fast make site on-air, which present high capacities MW model able to support BTS capacities around 3 years with high reliabilities.
 Abis capacities management in each BTS would assist us able to predict MW capacities and forecast how many year able to take traffic and when would require UG.
 Investment cost is lower than FO.
 Customer would got return of investment faster, once customer need upgrade site again and need replace with FO ADM, customer would have more budget and use equipment re-locate technique support new sites in next phase.
 MW BTS sites with professional design would make customer got benefit as below
 Link stability and reliabilities control with network protection design.
 Fast site on-air and easy to control sites on-air target.
• LL sites would use as latest solution because
 Avoid customer OPEX increase, which make customer put commercial faster.
 Difficult to control service reliabilities.
• BSC capacities management: profession knowledge in this part would able to make us predict and calculate transmission capacities. Mention to this part difficult to find applicant, which have experience in both part (Transmission and BSC capacities management) specification advantage as follow.
 Transmission capacities design would not over with actual requirement and got minimize transmission budget.
• Frequency management with interference design: mention to this need designer in expert level for protects frequency interference cause. Bad effect would get from interference case:
 Bad MW link reliabilities and difficult to find out.
 Need expensive measurement tools for find route cause, which I have solution and able to invent low cost tools investigate and fix this problem (more than 80% reliable proved)
• Tools and Technology Management: use high technology technique and invent tools support technical team and reduce transmission investment cost instance to invent LOS checking method decrease LOS cost. Mention to this transmission official know well that Northern region use lowest LOS budget if compare with other region but geographic in North region have highest mountain densities. Also this method able to guarantee with True Innovation Award 2006 detail as upon.
• Equipment redeploy management: with limitation of transmission budget then we need upgrade MW and redeploy old equipment after upgrade to make link support new sites.
• Sub-Contractor and vendor management: detail as below
 Training technical knowledge to sub-contractor team leader.
 Clear cut work process according with company process
 Clear cut scope of work
 Meeting plan together for in service link according implementation plan
• Team management and co-ordinate: only two person responsibilities (I am supervisor and one engineer) both function transmission and BSC capacities management coverage 18 provinces in north region of Thailand. Both function have detail as below
 Distribute job order to field operation team for operate job total manpower 17 persons
 Issue job to OMC and BSS support for job upgrade, cutover and create new site database.
 Issue job support optimization team fix problem regarding site low performance.
 Co-ordinate LL provider for in service link according with site on-air.
• Team training management: would separate training type detail as below.
