I have over 18 years IT department management and project management experience, including over 8 years in the CIO/MIS Director role and over 10 years project management experience with a focus on financial systems, CRM, and call center technology within the banking, financial services, insurance, and telecommunications industries. I have experience leading multiple simultaneous projects, as well as large enterprise wide full life cycle projects. I have proven that I can lead strong cross-functional teams to successful complete projects and lead departments to meet project requirements and company goals.
I am a dynamic, results oriented project manager, with good communication and presentation skills. Combining this with my understanding of general business practices, has allowed me to be very successful in delivering projects. |
