•Over 4 years of work experience in the area of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Business Development, mainly in the Cellular Phone industry as a Technical Support and Business Development executive.
•A 1 month In House training course in Total Quality Management and product analysis.
•Strong working knowledge of cellular billing software application namely Customer Administration and Billing Support (CABS), thereby being able to handle all billing related queries and solving them Online.
•In depth knowledge in GSM Cellular phone systems, Domestic, International, Plastic and automatic roaming.
•About 1 year of experience in Web Page Designing using HTML,Macromedia Flash, Digital Imaging,Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
•A three month intensive training course on GSM modules jointly by Ericsson and Telia Mobitel.
•Two months Worldwide SMS Training by Greycell India ltd.
