My responsibility includes the identification of future applications, product development, and technology adaptation for the consumer and enterprise market for the company as well as to produce regular market/business analysis, product roadmap to technical feasibility papers.
My other task includes of project management with team formed by various internal departments (IS, IT, E&O, Mktg., Legal) to external vendors, including the drafting of all necessary project documentations down to the driving force and the communication channel between the project team and vendor while keeping the senior management the progress.
