Qualifications: SENIOR STRATEGIC MANAGER
SPECIALIZING IN LARGE-SCALE E-BUSINESS PROJECTS

I combine expertise in cognitive processes (human thinking and consumer behavior), marketing, management expertise and deep knowledge in technology to create and deliver user-friendly and highly profitable e-businesses. Understanding how people think, I know how to design products that will be easy to use and will be comfortable and user-friendly. With this same knowledge, I also know to influence a team directly and indirectly to achieve the final product, working across multiple functions/cultures and overcoming organizational barriers. The success of e-businesses like Orbitz along key performance metrics (over $2B in revenues since launch) and PCS Vision (over 250,000 handsets sold in 4th quarter) proves that this model and the strategic approach to managing people, processes, and technology works.
· Strategic and tactical leadership of product launch and marketing campaigns based on Data-based Analytics and Business Intelligence that targets critical performance factors
· Broad and hands-on expertise in both Unix and Windows server side and web services for ecommerce and general and custom business applications (Java, .NET); wired and wireless integration of applications in various vertical markets: healthcare, telco, entertainment, financial, retail, service; expertise in software architecture/design methodology/development: Rational, Object Oriented, Feature Driven Development, Agile
· Design of go-to-market strategies that integrate and bring together multiple vendors/departments/divisions, optimize and monetize benefits vs. costs while maintaining aggressive schedules
· Development of organizations and strategy from ground up to accomplish very rapid ramp-up: people, processes and technology: Orbitz built in one-fourth time/cost of its competitors; PCS Vision first to have full functionality, at least six months to a year ahead of its competition; Recommender.com built to operational capacity in three months; Detroit Virtual University built in one half time originally proposed
· Highly-organized team player, conceptual and strategic thinker, and change agent, who clearly sees the “big picture” in all aspects of projects, from concept through implementation and from products to people
· Deep experience in business development, value proposition presentation, and market acquisition within a Fortune 500 context and across organizations and up/down corporate reporting structures
