Lead Software Engineer - CBTSP 1999 - 2002
* Designed and developed an automated GUI application, Diagnostic and Test Manager (DTM), in Java reducing the Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) calibration time by a factor of five.
* Designed and implemented the DTM Simulator allowing the Java client to run without the system processor, using JAXB and XML, decreasing unit testing of client enhancements and defect removal.
* Created a Command Line Interface (CLI) for DTM primitive execution via a socket connection, providing an interface for test system software.
* Utilized the Rational Rose Modeling tool to develop UML models following the RUP for analysis and design for the DTM.
* Actively participated in reviews of the CBTSP architecture document and payload design reviews.
* Co-authored the DTM Architecture document demonstrating the DTM's functionality and its role within the UMTS system.
* Led the creation of the Java Coding Standard, which when followed results in consistently formatted code across multiple developers.
* Mentored junior software engineers.

Lead Software Engineer - CDMA WinLMF Development 1998 - 1999
* Designed and implemented CyberTest and HP8935 test equipment support for the CDMA Windows Local Maintenance Facility (WinLMF).

Lead Software Engineer - CIM Infrastructure 1997 - 1998
* Developed a Java GUI application providing part hierarchical (parent/child) relationships via unique serial numbers.
* Designed and implemented the interface between Focus and the line controller, which retrieves order data from the Focus Oracle database and updates the line controller's Oracle database, using Java's JDBC API.

* Provided software engineers training on the legacy line controller, which was transferred to Boynton Beach, Florida and Chihuahua, Mexico.
* Mentored junior Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) software engineers.

* Designed and implemented the MCS Lite interface protocol to populate the line controller with customer order data.
* Implemented the necessary changes on the line controller to support Tenor and Centaur products.
