EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

Software Analyzer/Developer, March 2002 - July 2003 Innovative Data Solutions
Design and implementation of JAVA API in Mobile Text Messages (SMS) system on GSM Technology

Description: Initially conducted research on GSM systems about SMS, and its general plus proprietary commands. Wireless modems (Wavecom WMOi3 chipset) were amongst the main hardware operated with. As functions of API, check the modems on each and every port, test its SIM and manipulate its memory accordingly for SMS. API supports multiple wireless modems same time using java implementation of threads. Wireless modems connected to PC on usb/serial ports, and connected applications not biased to a single modem thus facilitating communication though all connected modems resulting efficient and distributed SMS system. Coherency between applications is maintained by strict differentiation.
Role: Analyze specification and design the system with correspondence with customer needs. Code the system with java in real time together with database integration. Write technical and functional specifications that comply with system life cycle design with proper UML diagrams.
