With the total experience of over 3.5 years ; currently working with MOTOROLA India at Reliance TEST BED on 4812T lite BTS, C-BSC, MSS
(Motorola Soft Switch) as a Sr. Acceptance Testing Engineer.
Expertise on Installation, Comissioning, Integration of BTS, BSC and WMS-5000 Soft switch. Responsible for operation and maintenance, ACCEPTANCE TESTING ,Software Upgradation of BSC
[Software and Hardware changes including backboards)], Service Quality, Subscriber related issues, RF Coverage issues, Customer Support, On-site maintenance of BTS-BSC, Telephonic support,
Software-hardware updates and Documentation.
Knowledge of IS-95, IS 2000, J STD -008, IS-41, SS7, MEGACO signalling.
Was Solely responsible for Operations and maintenance of Maharashtra-Goa region; also provided online/telephonic support to 12 BSCs around India.
