Alegent is a consultancy that has traditionally helped US and Canadian high tech and biotech companies raise funding from strategic corporate investors in Europe.
Currently, we are representing a number of funding sources in the UK that will fund a company with $2 million or more on a $10 million or more valuation. Very interested in wireless / mobile applications for the European marketplace.
Profile: most important is a ready for market product / program. Will consider defunct startups (owner must own IP), startups that have had difficulty raising venture capital, and single proprietorships.
