we are handling contract position with one of the government departments in the followin area:
Please find enclosed the job description:
Title: Blackberry Enterprise Server Specialist
Contract with one of the Government departments.
This project starts on April 5th and the end date is June 30. The position would be out of Kingston ON. There is a possibility of extension but they are not sure right now.
The Blackberry Enterprise Services Specialist will be responsible for:
· Day to day support of the BES hardware and software,
· Incident Management resolution related to help desk tickets,
· Configuration and implementation of new accounts,
· Change Management of existing accounts,
· Knowledge transfer and training of existing staff.
Working with the existing Server Management staff, this resource will initially deliver standard server administration, maintenance and support services for the Blackberry Enterprise Server services.
The resource will also develop best practices documentation and provide training to the server management staff for ongoing support.
Required Skill Set
a) In-depth knowledge of Blackberry Enterprise Server/Services architecture
b) Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2000 and NT domain architectures
c) Working knowledge of Exchange 5.5
d) Working knowledge of Windows 2000 Server Operating System.
