Creation Flux - This plug-in allows Photoshop (and compatible Photoshop hosts) to read and write type 0 WBMP files as defined in http://www.wapforum.org/what/technical/SPEC-WAESpec-19990524.pdf.
GIMP WBMP Plug-in - Allows GIMP to read and write files in wbmp type 0 format. wbmp is the default graphics format for WAP.
ImageMagick - ImageMagick TM is a robust collection of tools and libraries to read, write, and manipulate an image in many image formats (over 68 major formats) including popular formats like TIFF, JPEG, PNG, PDF, Photo CD, and GIF. With ImageMagick you can create images dynamically, making it suitable for Web applications. You can also resize, rotate, sharpen, color reduce, or add special effects to an image and save your completed work in the same or differing image format. Image processing operations are available from the command line, as well as through C, C++, and PERL-based programming interfaces.
WAPAINT for WBMP - Wapaint.com allow you made your own real time graphics for your WAP compatible cellular , with the WBMP format. Wapaint.dll is an ACTIVE X Server module, easily used from a simple ASP script. Example of WML code to make and show a WBMP graphic from an ASP script.

mPaint - mPaint allows wireless developers to create monochrome drawings using a number of graphics primitives and retrieve the drawings as WBMP or BMP images. Example uses include using real-time enterprise data to create sales graphs and charts, generate live network utilization graphs or create interactive wireless games.

mPaint implements standard drawing primitives, such as lines, arcs, ellipses and rectangles. Draw text utilizing any installed fonts. Merge pre-drawn images together and apply different techniques to create desired effects.

mPaint is a COM component that can be used by Microsoft's Active Server Pages, Visual Basic, Visual C++ or any other development environment that supports COM.


pbmwbmp - pbmwbmp - Convert between pbm and wbmp files.
pic2wbmp - pic2wbmp reads various graphic formats and converts them to WBMP-format. WBMP is a graphics format used in WML (WAP) pages. Two algorithms are supported to influence the output quality of the wbmp image: Threshold-Conversion and Error-Diffusion.
