DATAMAX ANNOUNCES RFgen RELEASE 2.6
The DataMAX Software Group, Inc. has just
released the 2.6 version of its RFgen Software … leading edge rapid application generator
that allows developers to rapidly build, test, and deploy wireless data collection applications.
This release combines all of the latest and greatest features of the RFgen product line into one
convenient package! RFgen 2.6 not only provides users with its core product known for its
quick development time, fast deployment and its flexibility, it also provides other great
developments such as new ‘Graphical Telnet’ and ‘HTML’ clients designed to support WinCE
data collection devices, and a new ‘Screen Mapping’ module (additional fee) designed to
connect to virtually any Legacy host. Another product option available for RFgen Version 2.6 is
DataMAX’s new ‘Resource Compiler’, an RFgen product designed to protect a user’s code by
converting all applications into a single DLL file, thus preventing unauthorized users from
accessing source code.
