WDN "Hot Product"... The Yospace YoZone!
WDN is please to inform you about another very cool developer resource... the Yospace YoZone.
YoZone contains a number of useful tools to help you rapidly develop high-quality J2ME solutions.
J2ME MIDP Emulator - The Yospace J2ME Emulator supports the full MIDP 1.0
specification, which means you can load and run any MIDlet conforming to
this standard.
YoGI Toolkit - a high end GUI toolkit for J2ME applications. The
application
interface is defined in XML and can be customised for various devices
easily. The YoGI Toolkit also supports advanced features such as
anti-aliased fonts.
Struts Framework - A light-weight distributed object system which allows
you
to invoke methods remotely from J2ME code. This remote object library is
designed for the transient connection world of J2ME by supporting
repeat-on-failure calls that can be made either synchronously or
asynchronously.
Repository Service - The Repository Service is a general purpose,
user-centric, authenticated, hierarchical data storage facility. It
supports
access control as well as a pluggable architecture for easy integration
with
legacy systems.
YoZone also provides current J2ME news, detailed MIDP phone specs, and
discussion forums for any questions you may have about J2ME and Yospace
products.
Most recently, YoZone now has Nokia Java Toolkits available for download. Yospace is offering the the Nokia Developer's
Suite for J2ME and the Nokia Developer's Suite for PersonalJava Application Environment (PJAE), as well as related documentation, directly from YoZone
