VoiceGenie Launches GeniePartnerä Program

TORONTO, April 18, 2001 - VoiceGenie Technologies Inc., the leading provider
of VoiceXML Gateway solutions, today launched the first segment of the
GeniePartner™ Program, a marketing and development plan for companies
looking to enhance their Voice Web strategies around VoiceXML
standards-based solutions. Designed to support developers, systems
integrators, and channel distributors in growing their businesses and
increasing their profitability, the Program assists its members in
skillfully offering and deploying VoiceGenie™ products and services to their
respective customers.
The GeniePartner Program offers comprehensive marketing, training, and
technical support for the VoiceGenie™ product suite and the VoiceXML
standard markup language. Three membership levels are available, comprising
GenieDeveloper™ Partner, GenieAlliance™ Partner, and GeniePlatinum™ Partner.
VoiceGenie partners already include companies such as AT&T, Lucent,
Dialogic, an Intel Company, SpeechWorks, Everypath, Audium, Brience,
VoxSurf, Nuance, and more. New partnerships will be announced in the coming
weeks.

GenieDeveloper Partners -- companies that have integrated their solutions

support, and more. The VoiceGenie™ Compliance Studio will test and evaluate
partner applications, offering professional advice and assistance. Partner
applications that have achieved full reliability and compliance will be
featured at the Web-based VoiceGenie™ Application Showcase, demonstrated at
trade shows, and actively marketed via VoiceGenie’s sales and marketing
campaigns.
GenieAlliance Partners will be enrolled in a powerful leads distribution
program. All GeniePartners receive Partner newsletters, logo and company
description placed on VoiceGenie’s Web site, case study write-ups, inclusion
in e-newsletters, and more. GeniePlatinum Partners have reached a level of
sales and deployment of VoiceGenie products that entitles them to exclusive
rewards.
The GeniePartner Program will be rolled out in two phases. The first phase,
launched today, provides all of the benefits described above. Phase 2,
scheduled for roll-out in July, 2001, will include marketing programs such
as GeniePartner™ Web Casts, trade show participation at the VoiceGenie™
