PLANO, Texas, April 18, 2001-- Companies will collaborate on developing new business opportunities

Intelliun Corporation today announced that it is joining Hewlett-Packard's Computing Solution Provider Program, through which HP will assist Intelliun in developing, demonstrating and deploying its eBusiness solutions on HP systems.

As part of the program, HP will assist in the marketing and deployment of Intelliun's flagship eBusiness platform, The Virtual Enterprise (VE). Intelliun will leverage HP's technical expertise to develop, convert, test, and demonstrate VE-based solutions for use with HP products.

VE empowers business analysts to develop fully functional systems by simply capturing the business logic, resulting in a 30-times improvement over traditional development methodologies. The delivered solutions support B2B-integration via XML over HTTP and are built upon well-accepted technology like Sun's J2EE. Additionally, the pure n-Tier architecture supports thin clients like web browsers and WAP phones.

"By working with HP to deliver global solutions for the enterprise and the Internet on the fastest and most prevalent operating systems in the computer industry, Intelliun advances its mission of becoming the preeminent eBusiness software platform," said Iyad Jabri, CEO and President of Intelliun. "Customers using HP's suite of hardware and software offerings will now be able to leverage VE to more rapidly develop and deploy large-scale, enterprise-wide and Internet ready systems."

Under the agreement, Intelliun will have access to a broad range of programs and tools to assist in developing solutions that run on HP systems. To assure customers that VE-created applications run at maximum speed without service interruptions, Intelliun will test eBusiness solutions on a range of HP platforms including HP-UX servers and workstations, MPE/iX servers and Windows NT servers. Additionally, HP will provide Intelliun with marketing and technical assistance, enabling the company to more easily develop, demonstrate and deploy applications on HP systems.

Intelliun Corporation (www.intelliun.com) is a Plano, Texas-based Corporation founded in 1998 to innovate and develop a new technology for simplifying business process automation. Their flagship product, The Virtual Enterprise, is a software platform for rapidly developing and integrating large-scale, enterprise-wide, and Internet-ready systems. Built on the latest technologies, VE empowers business analysts and information architects to develop fully functional systems by simply capturing the business logic.
