ContactLive To Stream Live Hip-Hop To Wireless Devices

HIGHLAND, CA. AND NASHVILLE, TN, May 29, 2001- ContactLive.com Entertainment, an online television network that produces and broadcasts proprietary online T.V. shows, concerts and movies, today announces that it will be streaming live audio to wireless devices in an arrangement with XSVoice, Inc. XSVoice is collaborating with ContactLive to offer a free 45-day trial of its SWInG [Streaming Wireless Internet Gateway (TM)] software. The SWInG technology enables live audio to be streamed from the Internet to any wireless device.

This partnership enables ContactLive to enhance its offering to its customers by allowing them to listen to concerts, game shows, and their favorite hip-hop artists on their wireless device. "Streaming live audio to wireless devices is truly a technology breakthrough and we're excited about using the XSVoice SWInG platform to enhance our user's experience. Together, XSVoice and ContactLive will be creating a whole new entertainment medium. The trial period will also allow XSVoice to collect data regarding the end-user's experience with their technology. "We will assist ContactLive in tracking user interest, usage, satisfaction and feedback regarding the wireless streaming audio offering and, based on this data, will assist ContactLive in quantifying the value and potential long-term impact of this offering," says Russ Benhardt, Chief Executive Officer of XSVoice, Inc.

XSVoice is also signing similar arrangements with other content providers.
