TietoEnator and CellPoint Unwire Sign Partner Agreement for Wireless M2M Communication Solutions
STOCKHOLM, Sweden, July 5, 2001--CellPoint Unwire, a subsidiary of CellPoint Inc.
(NASDAQ:CLPT)(STOCKHOLM:CLPT.), (www.cellpoint.com) and TietoEnator have signed a wide-ranging co-operation
agreement for wireless M2M communication solutions.
This partner agreement involves the co-development of a solutions package comprising development of technical solutions
and applications for wireless machine-to-machine (M2M) communication. The agreement with CellPoint Unwire means that
TietoEnator can now offer end-to-end solutions including full systems integration for wireless M2M communication in
Scandinavia and across Europe.

Since 1997, CellPoint Unwire has worked with wireless M2M technology and solutions and has developed the Wireless
Application Server (WAS) wireless platform for M2M communication.
