TORONTO, Aug 24, 2001 - AirIQ Inc., a wireless application service provider specializing in mobile asset

Thrifty Canada, Ltd. is based in Toronto, Ontario and is one of the largest daily vehicle rental companies in Canada. The agreement will see
AirIQ's vehicle location and management solution installed in Thrifty's corporately owned Jeep Grand Cherokee, Chrysler LHS, Chrysler 300M and

our vehicle losses, which will help us continue to maintain our value position within the industry."
