First Bluetooth(TM) Software Development Kit for Java available now

Bergen, Norway --October 16, 2001 14:30--- Zucotto Wireless, ICE International and Brain Boxes provides Java developers with the first ever Bluetooth(TM) Software Development Kit targeted at developing applications for the PocketPC platform.

Following the announcement from Insignia that the Jeode Java Virtual Machine(JVM) will ship with every new Compaq iPAQ in November, Zucotto Wireless, ICE International and Brain Boxes are launching a new SDK based on the 1.1 compliant Bluetooth stack from Zucotto Wireless.

The development kit will include Zucotto Wireless XJB 100 Bluetooth Stack, 2 Brain Boxes CF or PCMCIA cards, ICE Driver that supports WinCE3.0 and PocketPC 2002 and 2 licenses of the Jeode JVM.

The development kit is available now and can be bought at www.blueunplugged.com.

There are plans for releasing a Linux version within the end of the year.
