The Telnecity Group and Shorecliff Communications Announce Wireless ``Hot Spot'' Conference and Exhibition

SAN JOSE & SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, Calif., Apr 24, 2002 - The Telnecity Group, LLC, a strategic marketing and business development

This is the only event in the United States to focus exclusively on WLAN-enabled wireless "hot spots" and to examine this new trend from the perspective of service
providers and location/facility owners -- for their profitability and viability.
Wireless Hot Spots Conference and Expo will provide practical and useful information that details the value, profit prospects and real-world obstacles inherent in the
design, deployment, and maintenance of wireless public Internet access networks. The networks, commonly referred to as "hot spots," are located in places such as
hotels, airports and other indoor locations. The conference, scheduled for Sept. 23-24, 2002, in San Jose will bring together technology suppliers, equipment providers,

The Public Access market is in a position to jumpstart the Wireless Broadband Access sector by building up the success of 802.11 Wi-Fi-enabled gear. Recently IDC
has declared 802.11 Wi-Fi a "Disruptive" technology yielding sales of more than $1.45 billion in 2001. The Telnecity Group is preparing a technology focused Wireless
Public Access study that will be released prior to the Wireless Hot Spot Conference.
