PTN Media and IndiaGames to Develop Mobile Games for Global Market

ANN ARBOR, Mich., Apr 25, 2002 - PTN Media, Inc. (OTCBB:PTNM) a leading developer and marketer of branded handheld products, signed an agreement with IndiaGames, a leading India-based game development company to develop games for wireless devices including mobile phones, across international markets.

PTN Media had earlier announced the launch of its first branded mobile device and mobile application with Christina Aguilera. The fee based application, "Christina Everywhere" is now available on the Nextel network ( www.nextel.com/idenupdate) PTN is also developing mobile phones and applications with the rap star, Nelly. Nelly's latest single, "Hot in Herre" has been listened to more that 760,000 times on AOL's First Listen area. His new album, Nellyville, debuts on June 25, 2002.

IndiaGames is one of the world's leading developers of wireless games, with over 70 mobile games developed across PocketPC, J2ME, BREW and other platforms and close to 100 clients across the US, Europe and Asia.
