Brightpoint and Nokia Expand Relationship to Ireland
INDIANAPOLIS, Aug 19, 2002 - Brightpoint, Inc. (NASDAQ:CELL) announced today that its subsidiary, Brightpoint
(Ireland) Limited, has signed an agreement with Nokia (Ireland) Limited, a subsidiary of Nokia Inc. (NYSE:NOK), to distribute Nokia mobile
phone products in Ireland. Under the agreement, Brightpoint will provide distribution and supply solutions for a variety of Nokia-branded products
and data devices and related accessories to carriers, retailers, agents and end users.
