BAM! Entertainment Teams Up with Japan's Renowned Video Game Developer Cavia

Companies Initiate Long-Term Development Relationship
Tokyo Game Show, TOKYO, Sep 19, 2002 - BAM! Entertainment(TM) (Nasdaq: BFUN) today announced that
it has teamed up with acclaimed Japanese developer, Cavia Inc., to develop and publish titles for next generation gaming systems. Members of the
development team have worked on award-winning titles, including Sega GT(TM), Ridge Racer(TM) and Ace Combat(TM). The first game to come out of
this partnership is scheduled to ship in September 2003.
"We are very happy to have the opportunity to work with Mr. Stolar and his team, and we believe that this first collaboration will make for a very quality
game," said Hayao Nakayama, President of Cavia Inc. "I hope this title marks the first of many successes between our two companies."

The first game will be a mission-based, driving action adventure set in a distinctive world featuring a significant element of horror. Further details will be made
