SK Telecom and inCode Telecom Announce the Wireless Industry's First Employee Exchange Program
Firms Will Swap Engineers and Consultants to Deploy Next Generation Wireless Networks in the Pacific Rim and the United States
SAN DIEGO, Calif., October, 28, 2002-- SK Telecom, a Korea-based wireless carrier on the cusp of delivering fourth-generation wireless communications service, and inCode Telecom, a leading U.S. wireless technology-consulting firm known for its significant strides in the deployment of next-generation wireless networks, announced today the wireless industry's first employee exchange program.
SK Telecom, in an effort to share its many innovations with the world, has formed a strategic alliance with inCode in which its engineers will augment inCode's consulting staff in the United States on various world-class CDMA deployment projects. In turn, inCode will send consultants to Korea and other parts of Asia to supplement SK Telecom's engineering staff, share knowledge and help deploy next-generation wireless networks for SK Telecom's customers

Both parties agree the arrangement will enhance the work experience of their employees by exposing them to different technological, cultural and regulatory challenges.
