Xybernaut and Xora to Deliver Field Force Automation On Wearable Computing Devices
Mobile Employees Access Xora EnterpriseOne Mobility Platform on Xybernaut Wearable Computers, Enhancing Efficiency and Productivity
FAIRFAX, Va., Nov 1, 2002 - Xybernaut(R) Corporation (NASDAQ:XYBR), a leader in the mobile/wearable computer
industry, today announced a joint marketing agreement with Xora, Inc., a leading provider of wireless, voice and alert extensions to enterprise
applications.
Solutions marketed under this agreement will allow field service engineers and technicians to receive and report important work order information
using Xybernaut mobile/wearable computing devices integrated with Xora's flagship product EnterpriseOne. The result of the combined solution
will be enhanced productivity and greater return on IT investments for businesses in a variety of industry sectors.
Xora helps organizations improve the quality and efficiency of their technical support and customer services by integrating centrally-based call
center operations with remote field force resources.
Similarly, Xybernaut mobile/wearable computing technologies have proven beneficial to organizations -- both large and small -- in enhancing
efficiency and productivity in various enterprise applications. Xora and Xybernaut both share experience and expertise in developing solutions for a
