FunMail to Unveil All New SMS and MMS Animated Messaging Systems
PLEASANTON, Calif.--Feb. 11, 2002--
2.0 Version of the World's First Animated Messaging System Can Now Process Over 8 Million Animated SMS Per Day
FunMail will unveil a brand-new 2.0 version of the FunMail Wireless Messaging at the 3GSM World Congress 2002 from February 19-22 in Hall 2 at Stand F9 in Cannes, France. FunMail will be showing their exciting new SMS version of FunMail, as well as a sneak peek at their MMS FunMail system. The new FunMail system can process in excess of 100 animated messages per second, or over 8 million FunMails per day.
"This all new 2.0 version of FunMail now supports GSM and GPRS networks, and is even faster and more reliable than the first version of FunMail," said FunMail CEO Adam Lavine. "It's also more open, enabling 3rd party content developers to easily integrate content into FunMail, or create their own animated messaging systems."
FunMail offers an exciting animated messaging experience based on their unique wireless animated messaging technology. Using a combination of powerful rendering and natural language processing technologies, FunMail generates a relevant entertaining animation based on the context of a text message. Executives will showcase this unique messaging platform demonstrating delivery of full color animated images over a GPRS network to a wide range of mobile devices.
The 2002 3GSM World Congress trade show is hosted by the GSM Association at Palais Des Festivals, Cannes, France 19th - 22nd, February 2002.
