Parachute Technologies Includes I'm InTouch(TM) Remote Access Software With New Products

PLYMOUTH, Minn. and TORONTO, Feb 28, 2002 - Parachute Technologies, LLC,
developer of the world's only PC Card adapter for Palm(TM) handhelds, today announced an agreement with PC messaging
and communications company, 01 Communique (TSE: ONE). Under the terms of the agreement, Parachute will include 01's
browser-based remote access software, I'm InTouch, with Parachute products beginning with the upcoming Parachute V.
Further terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Parachute(TM) is the world's only PC Card adapter for Palm handheld organizers. It clips onto the Palm handheld allowing the
device to accept any Type II PC Card. Currently, Parachute offers 2 models, Parachute III (compatible with the Palm III, IIIe,
IIIxe, and IBM workpad) and Parachute HE (compatible with the Handera 330). The newest model the Parachute V
(compatible with the Palm V and Vx), scheduled to launch in April 2002, will include the I'm InTouch remote access software.
Through I'm InTouch, Palm V users equipped with a Parachute V and a wireless modem with Internet connectivity, will be able
to remotely access their Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express email, calendar, and contacts, as well as any files on their PC
and networked drives. The I'm InTouch service will be available to users for free for 30 days, and costs $9.95 per month or
$99 per year thereafter.
