Lifetree Convergence powers the 8888 service for India times
March 6th 2002, New Delhi: Lifetree Convergence Ltd., a leading software solution company, has recently delivered its MDX+TM (Multiple Device Access) a wireless enabling platform to Indiatimes for powering its 8888 service.
This wireless enabled platform provides easy access to online information and live transactions anytime-anywhere via any wireless device.

Operators would deliver services such as News, Mobile Shopping, Auctions, Ring tones, Logos, Celebrity Chat, SMS Games, Poll, TV Guide, City Specific Directory Services like Hotels, Restaurants, Movies, Emergency Services … all on “8888”.
