Nomadix Partners With ipUnplugged To Offer Wireless Carriers Seamless Roaming Over Multiple Technologies
Complete End-To-End Solution Provides Secure Mobile Wi-Fi On Top of GPRS, UMTS or CDMA Services
London, May 21, 2003 – Nomadix Inc. (www.nomadix.com), the leading supplier of Public-access solutions, and ipUnplugged AB (www.ipunplugged.com), the leading provider of Mobile VPN and Secure Seamless Roaming solutions, today announced complete interoperability between their solutions for carriers to enable secure seamless roaming across Wi-Fi, GPRS, UMTS or CDMA while maintaining a single billing solution.
The Nomadix and ipUnplugged partnership provides value added solutions for both wireless carriers and the enterprise market. Enterprise customers can now support a secure mobile Wireless LAN while maintaining plug-and-play capabilities and carriers can offer secure seamless roaming over multiple wireless technologies.

Additionally, Lars Boman will be presenting a presentation at The Wireless LAN Event on Thursday, May 22 at 2:30 p.m. on the subject “Mobile VPN for Secure Access to Corporate Networks, with Seamless Roaming.” He will also be participating in a panel discussion titled, “Roaming and Interconnection,” on Friday, May 22 at 9:50 a.m.
