Wireless Facilities Selected by Western Wireless as Services Vendor for CDMA and GSM/GPRS Overlay SAN DIEGO, May 28 - Wireless Facilities, Inc. (WFI) (NASDAQ:WFII) , a global leader in the design, deployment and management of wireless telecommunications networks, today announced that it has been selected by Western Wireless Corporation (NASDAQ:WWCA) as a services vendor for the company's on-going CDMA, and recently announced GSM/GPRS overlay. Under the terms of the agreement, Wireless Facilities will provide full turnkey services to Western Wireless, including Project Management, Radio Frequency (RF) Design, Network Installation and Commissioning, and Construction Management Services. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Commenting on the newly signed agreement, Masood K.
