LEADING CHINESE MOBILE MANUFACTURER 'BIRD' EMBEDS IN-FUSIO'S GAME ENGINE

- IN-FUSIO Game Service To Be Available Throughout China On GPRS -

Bordeaux, France, June 3rd, 2003 - IN-FUSIO today announced that the Bird Group, China's leading handset manufacturer, has started to embed the ExEn game engine on a range of low tier 256-colour to high tier GPRS 65000-colour clamshell mobile phones, giving millions of Chinese mobile games players access to IN-FUSIO's downloadable mobile game experience.

The Bird agreement represents a significant step forward for IN-FUSIO whose understanding of the downloadable mobile games market is unparalleled. Low and mid-tier colour GPRS mobile phones, at competitive pricing points, are seen as key to further developing the mobile games market. The first Bird ExEn-enabled mobile, the SC-03, was launched at a retail price below 180 euros. Initial results on Beijing's public GPRS network have proved positive with full colour IN-FUSIO game downloads taking less than one minute.

Mr Xu Xiguang, Bird's co-founder and vice-general manager added : "Entertainment features are now an essential selling point to our Chinese customers. We found the IN-FUSIO game engine extremely user friendly and therefore are extremely pleased to integrate it in our handsets. Thanks to the IN-FUSIO service, we are also improving our promotion partnerships with Chinese mobile operators that are keen to see increased usage of value added services, and especially games, to boost their ARPU. We also plan to set-up a Bird game community that will allow us to keep a closer relationship with our customers."

Giles Corbett co-CEO, IN-FUSIO explains: "We are very impressed by Bird's recent performance and distribution network and very honoured to cooperate with them on a wide scale. Our philosophy has always been to ensure that our games service works on entry-level mobiles upwards. In China this approach is even more relevant as 50 per cent of mobiles sold are from the lower end of the pricing spectrum. Operators have confirmed their interest for this approach and are keen to promote compatible handsets that can allow them to boost their ARPU and GPRS usage thanks to exciting entertainment features offered to these mass-market subscribers. Bird's positioning and penetration will open opportunities for IN-FUSIO to run joint operator and manufacturer promotions. Our proven ARPU-generating end-to-end mobile games service will add significant weight to the operators handset promotion strategies."

IN-FUSIO has been working with China's number one mobile operator China Mobile for 18 months and now offers national access to its games and related value-added services.
