TORONTO, Ontario, Canada - June 4, 2003 - mBiztech Corp., developer of innovative wireless business productivity solutions, today announced the immediate availability of mDB for BlackBerry and Lotus Notes. This application enables BlackBerry users to wirelessly access Lotus Notes database records instantly and securely. Demand for the application has already exceeded expectations as companies from around the world have requested advance release copies. One of the most distinctive features of mDB is the ability to work with corporate data in both on-line and off-line modes - extremely useful when working in areas where there is no wireless network coverage.

"Functionality and ease-of-use were two of the primary considerations when developing mDB," said Cathal Copas, mBiztech's Chief Technology Officer and Founder. "mDB is designed to be easily installed by the Administrator and easy-to-use for the BlackBerry user. Immediate data access enables quick and accurate decision-making resulting in more satisfied customers, lower costs and increased profit. Why lug a laptop when you can use your BlackBerry to access your enterprise Lotus Notes data securely and immediately?"

With mDB, users can browse through the available database records with the ability to search, add, modify and delete records. Data modifications are synchronized wirelessly with the server when network coverage is available. The mDB Server tools allow administrators to easily configure and control which Domino databases are to be accessible to mobile users, allowing them to manage the mobile user access rights down to the database column level.

mDB for BlackBerry and Lotus Notes integrates seamlessly with BlackBerry Enterprise Server v2.2 for IBM Lotus Domino (using the BlackBerry Mobile Data Service feature) to provide a fast, secure and efficient way to access Notes data from your Domino server.

mDB for BlackBerry and Lotus Notes - BlackBerry Edition is available now from mBiztech for Domino R5 and Domino 6. To learn more about mDB and how it can help mobilize your company visit our Web site at: http://www.mbiztech.com/content/mDB.asp.
