C-COR Deploys Mobile Workforce Manager System in Time Warner Cable's Austin, Texas, Division STATE COLLEGE, Pa.-June 5, 2003--C-COR.net Corp. (Nasdaq:CCBL), a global provider of broadband communications products, software systems, and services, today announced that, following a competitive bidding process, Time Warner Cable has selected and begun deployment of C-COR's Integrated Services Management (ISM(TM)) Mobile Workforce Manager (MWM(TM)) software system to automate its daily service fulfillment operations in its Austin, Texas, division which serves more than 300,000 customers. The Mobile Workforce Manager is developed, distributed, and supported through C-COR's Broadband Management Solutions (BMS) division and is one of three software application modules under C-COR's ISM suite of operations management software applications tailored specifically for the cable industry. MWM provides field management tools that automate the labor-intensive process of managing a field service workforce using the latest advances in handheld PCs, wireless communications, and browser-based workforce management software applications.
