Central Wireless Awarded Contract for New Emergency Services Tower Facility SARASOTA, Fla.--June 6, 2003--Central Wireless (OTCBB:CWIR) announced today that the Company has been awarded a contract for the construction of a 360 ft guyed tower facility in South Carolina. The contract was awarded from South Carolina's Emergency Services Office of Georgetown County. The tower will be equipped and will serve as an emergency communication system and co-location facility for cellular and broadband communications. Site acquisition and maintenance will be conducted by Central Wireless inc. Central wireless is providing site acquisition and maintenance on all towers built in conjunction with Alliance Towers inc. Alliance Towers inc. is a firm specializing in the development, management, site acquisition services and maintenance of communication tower facilities. Construction of the tower facility is scheduled to begin upon completion of engineering and permitting. The tower will be located in the Pawley Island Neck area of Georgetown County.
