Mforma Partners with Vir2L Studios to Bring Exciting New Games to Wireless Devices

Best-selling Games from Bethesda Softworks Coming to Wireless

CANNES, France, Feb 17, 2003 - Mforma Group Inc., a leading global provider of mobile data solutions for wireless operators, is partnering with Vir2L Studios, a ZeniMax Media company, to bring new hit games to wireless devices.

Mforma will be distributing games, developed by Bethesda Softworks, ZeniMax's computer games group, and made ready for wireless by Vir2L, to its network of more than 40 leading wireless operators around the world. The first two games to be delivered are The Elder Scrolls(R) Travels, a game featuring dungeons and monsters based on Bethesda's award-winning The Elder Scrolls(R) RPG series, and IHRA (International Hot Rod Association) Drag Racing(TM), a game where the user can race against another player or the computer in fast-paced action. Both of these bona fide hit games will be available to wireless users this April.

"We are very pleased to be working with Mforma to get these great games into the hands of wireless users," said Douglas Frederick, president of Vir2L Studios. "Mforma has strong traction with the leading operators around the world, which simply makes them the best distribution network. We are excited to think of the millions of wireless users who will now have access to really great entertainment."

"Vir2L has done an outstanding job translating The Elder Scrolls and the IHRA Drag Racing game for delivery on wireless phones," said Vlatko Andonov, president of Bethesda Softworks. "The quality of these games is going to really turn heads with regard to what is possible on a wireless phone."

"Our partnership with Vir2L supports our commitment to make the world's best entertainment content available to wireless users," said Christophe Watkins, vice president of content and media for Mforma. "Both Vir2L and Bethesda Softworks deliver great products and we are very pleased to be working with them."
