Yahoo! and Sprint Announce Yahoo! Photos Now Available to PCS Vision Subscribers Nationwide

Yahoo! Inc. (Nasdaq:YHOO), a leading global Internet company, and Sprint (NYSE:FON)(NYSE:PCS), which operates the largest all-digital, all-PCS nationwide wireless network in the United States, today announced customers nationwide can now access their Yahoo! Photos (http://photos.yahoo.com) and create personalized photo albums on PCS Vision(SM) phones. This new service is an extension of the longstanding Yahoo! and Sprint relationship and demonstrates the companies' continuing commitment to innovation, and to meeting consumer demand for engaging mobile services from one of the world's leading Internet companies.

The new Java-based mobile Yahoo! Photos is a full color, graphical service that gives consumers a fun way to connect to their online photos with a PCS Vision phone. Consumers can now access their Yahoo! Photos account, view saved pictures, and create custom screensavers while on the go. The new service also lets consumers save images locally on their phones and create personalized albums and slideshows that can be accessed without connecting to the Internet. The service is available for $2.99 a month.

"We are excited to continue our successful relationship with Sprint, and to be the first major Internet company to offer consumers the ability to access their online photos on their PCS Vision phones," said Doug Garland, senior vice president, broadband and mobile services, Yahoo! Inc. "The new Yahoo! Photos service lets consumers share their favorite pictures with friends and loved ones in new, exciting ways. Yahoo! has become an essential part of the lives of millions of consumers, and the new Yahoo! Photos mobile service allows us to continue to extend the Yahoo! experience beyond the desktop, and give our loyal users the Yahoo! products they know and love -- whenever and wherever they need it."

"Sprint and Yahoo! are expanding the ways customers communicate nationwide by making it possible to access pictures saved on Yahoo! Photos, on their PCS Vision Phone. Both Sprint and Yahoo! have been at the forefront of developing and implementing exciting mobile data services. Now with Yahoo! Photos on the PCS Vision network, our consumers can have their online photos wherever they go," said Jeff Hallock, assistant vice president of consumer product marketing for Sprint.

Yahoo!, the first major Internet company with a full suite of offerings available to PCS Vision users, leads the Internet industry in providing a diverse array of innovative offerings for high speed wireless networks. The new mobile Yahoo! Photos service is the company's first move into downloadable client applications, and adds to the number of other enhanced Yahoo! services, with richer graphics and enhanced usability, available to Sprint PCS Vision subscribers, including:

-- Yahoo! Messenger
-- Yahoo! Get Local, including Yellow Pages and driving directions
-- Yahoo! Mail
-- Yahoo! Sports
-- Yahoo! News
-- Yahoo! Finance

At the end of the third quarter 2003, there were there were nearly 2.7 million PCS Vision subscribers nationwide.
