Metrowerks Ships Development Kit for Series 60-Based Siemens SX1 Phones
Austin, TEXAS – December 18, 2003 – Metrowerks is now shipping its CodeWarrior™ Wireless Development Kit for Symbian™ operating system (OS), Siemens SX1 Edition. The kit offers developers everything required to write, debug, test and deploy Symbian-based applications and games for the Siemens SX1 and other Series 60 devices – all in the user-friendly CodeWarrior environment.
The kit is a comprehensive, integrated set of software programming tools that enable developers to create, compile, and debug C/C++ Symbian applications for Series 60 devices and other supported platforms based on the Symbian OS. It provides timesaving features, including full Symbian-build components and descriptor presentation inside the debugger.
The Metrowerks CodeWarrior Wireless Development Kit for Symbian OS, Siemens SX1 Edition includes the following components:
o CodeWarrior Development Studio for Symbian OS v2.5, Personal Edition
