Wireless Toyz Now Offers Master Franchises Nationwide

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.--July 16, 2003--Wireless Toyz, a Michigan-based national wireless retail franchisor, partners with Franchise Growth Systems, a master franchise broker to begin offering a Master Franchise program. The partnership is designed to capitalize on the current success of Wireless Toyz and supercharge expansion plans. "The Master Franchise program allows us to accelerate our growth plan into new markets," said Joe Barbat, President and CEO, "and it affords new entrepreneurs the opportunity to own their selected markets."

According to Wireless Toyz CFO Dave Ebner, the company continues to grow at a rapid pace even though the economy has slowed considerably. "We're on target to almost double our system-wide revenue since 2001," said Ebner, "we increased revenue by 60% from 2001 to 2002 and we are now on pace to increase revenue by an additional 50% in 2003. What makes us different," he continued, "is that we provide the variety, knowledge and customer service that a cellular customer demands - and deserves."

Richard Simtob, VP of Franchise Development, feels that the opportunity for Wireless Toyz in the US market continues to be huge, primarily because of the increased number of cell phone users. "We've learned that as more and more people use cell phones, our stores have become increasingly busier," he commented.
