CGE&Y Joins Symbian Platinum Program
London, Paris – Symbian Ltd and Cap Gemini Ernst &Young - France (CGE&Y), today announced that CGE&Y has joined Symbian’s Platinum Partner Program. As a Symbian Platinum Partner, CGE&Y, one of the world’s largest providers of Consulting, Technology and Outsourcing services, will gain expertise on Symbian OS and aims to offer advanced mobile consultancy services to key CGE&Y corporate customers worldwide. Symbian OS, the open global industry standard operating system for advanced mobile phones, is licensed by the world’s top handset manufacturers, which account for more than 80 per cent of annual worldwide mobile phone sales.
Carriers and enterprises worldwide are beginning to roll-out mobile data solutions and offer expanded mobile business services to corporate professionals using Symbian OS devices. Symbian Platinum Partner membership will enable CGE&Y to offer consultancy to these organisations, including support for the development of Symbian OS applications and services, and access to corporate data and trends.
