Colligo Upgrades Industry-leading Mobile Workgroup Networking Software Enhanced
Las Vegas, COMDEX, November 17, 2003 – Colligo Networks, the leading provider of “instant networking” software, continues to upgrade its industry-leading software solution that helps mobile workgroups improve its efficiencies in any location, and on any Windows-based handheld device, they need to share data and communicate electronically. The company today announces the launch of ColligoTM Workgroup Edition 3.3, with features that will further improve workgroup productivity.

Colligo’s patent-pending technology brings mobile solutions to groups through a process of “Discover, Connect and Interact”. ColligoTM Workgroup Edition 3.3 features the following upgrades:
Ø Create ‘custom’ instant networks: increase privacy, create your own custom
Colligo instant network with your own SSID (service set identifier) and WEP (Wired Equivalent Privacy) key;
Ø ‘One click’ instant networks for Windows 2000 users: allows Windows 2000
users to access the instant network with one click, a functionality previously only available to Windows XP users;
Ø Shared Web pages: ability to share your favourite web pages, offline
portals and critical web based data with other users;
Ø Enhanced security and flexibility: an imperative for the business user is
wireless security, added is a new user interface that allows the user to switch between High and Dynamic Security modes;
Ø High Security: only allows devices with security enabled to communicate
with each other and will not allow devices with ‘security disabled’ to join the instant network;
Ø Dynamic Security: allows all devices to communicate with each other
Ø ‘Chat Session’ management: users can add Chat Subjects to their Chat
sessions allowing users to easily manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously as well as providing invitees with a Subject prior to joining a chat.
Colligo will showcase ColligoTM Workgroup Edition at Lunch@Pieros, the lunchtime media event held during COMDEX at Pieros restaurant at 355 Convention Center Drive on November 17 and 18, 2003.
ColligoTM Workgroup Edition is available via direct online sales at www.colligo.com, retailing at $69.99 and includes the rights to install the software on a computer (PC, laptop and Tablet PC) as well as a Pocket PC per license. Additional licenses are required for further use.
