Telecom Communications, Inc. Announces that IC Star East MMS Entered Marketing Agreement with 5wan
LOS ANGELES--Nov. 19, 2003--Telecom Communications, Inc. (OTCBB:TCOM) announced that its recent acquisition, IC Star East MMS, Limited, has entered an agreement to form a more aggressive and closer partnership with 5wan. Both companies will launch cooperation in Short Messaging Service (SMS), Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS), Coloring Ring Back Tone service and other fields based on the celebrity resources of IC Star East MMS, Limited. 5wan will provide the technical platform and take part in promoting this new operation.
