Atlas Mobile Announces Company and Line-up of Multiplayer Tournament Games


SAN MATEO, Calif., Nov. 20 -- Atlas Mobile, Inc., a mobile game and services company focusing on delivering the best skills-based multiplayer tournament game experiences on mobile phones, today announced the launch of its company and its initial line-up of content developed for QUALCOMM's Binary Runtime Environment for Wireless(TM) (BREW) platform.

The initial roster consists of multiplayer tournament versions of well- known games, including:

* Atlas Prize-21 for Prizes(TM) -- a 52 card counting game where players score points by creating combinations of 21 as quickly as possible to win head-to-head and progressive tournaments.

* Atlas Solitaire for Prizes(TM) -- an all-time favorite card game with solvable decks that allows players to score points by building up four suit piles in ascending order as fast as they can to win head-to-head and progressive tournaments..

* Atlas Golf Solitaire for Prizes(TM) -- a fast-paced card game with solvable decks where points are earned by moving cards from row piles to the base pile in sequence up or down in as little time as possible to win head-to-head and progressive tournaments..

* Atlas Switchix for Prizes(TM) -- an addictive game where players score points by switching items to create rows and columns of three or more identical items as quickly as possible to win head-to-head and progressive tournaments.

* Atlas QBz(TM) for Prizes(TM) -- a puzzle game where players score points by removing groups of two or more of the funny QBz(TM) characters, as quickly as possible, to win head-to-head and progressive tournaments. QBz(TM) is a successful web-based game licensed from Skunk Studios LLC.

Wireless subscribers with BREW-enabled devices can compete in daily and weekly tournaments to win CDs, DVDs, movie tickets, gift cards and more directly from their mobile phones. The games are expected to be available in time for the holiday season.

By developing for the BREW platform, Atlas Mobile is able to offer skills-based multiplayer tournament games with seamless recurring billing and application management. Atlas Mobile will provide its tournament games for prizes as a monthly subscription service.
